When the website is no longer enough

Many companies get a long way with a website and a couple of spreadsheets. Then the number of customers, projects or orders grows, and the work starts to sit scattered across email, shared folders and people's heads. At that point you need somewhere the work actually happens, rather than a bigger website.

How we build it

We use Webflow Cloud with Next.js, so the app shares design and domain with the website instead of living as a foreign element on its own subdomain. Content that should be editable without a developer stays in the Webflow CMS. That gives you a solution that looks like the rest of the brand, and one you can keep running without depending on a single supplier.

Where the need goes beyond what Webflow Cloud covers, we build standalone with Next.js and a database, and connect it to the website.

How we work

We start by mapping the current workflow: who does what, where the double work happens, and what is worth automating first. Then we make a clickable prototype you can test before a line of code is written. Once the direction is approved we build in sprints with regular demos, and launch a first version that solves what matters most. The rest follows, based on how the tool is actually used.
